Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Baker + Decorator to join our team, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Bake and Decorate a variety of products, including cakes, cupcakes, donuts, and macarons, to meet the highest quality standards.
- Ensure all baked goods are prepared according to recipe and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and adhering to kitchen standards.
- Prepare ingredients and tools necessary for baking tasks.
- Monitor and control the baking process, ensuring products are cooked to perfection and meet food safety standards.
- Package baked goods for distribution and display, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
- Assist with catering and special event orders, ensuring timely and efficient preparation and delivery.

qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bakery Sales Associate - Lewis Center & Grandview Heights
Job Summary
We are looking for friendly and motivated Bakery Counter Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their selections, and maintaining the bakery counter's cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers in selecting baked goods, answering questions about ingredients, and making recommendations.
- Maintain the appearance of the bakery counter, ensuring products are displayed attractively and replenished as needed.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and package baked goods for customers, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
- Keep the bakery counter and surrounding areas clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and notifying management of low inventory.
- Support team members in other tasks as needed, including packaging orders or cleaning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
